Este artículo de ayuda es para una versión anterior de Direct Mail.
Due to changes related to Apple's provisioning requirements, some copies of Direct Mail may have "expired" on February 27, 2017. If Direct Mail no longer opens on your Mac, or if you see an error message when you try and open Direct Mail that indicates the application "unexpectedly quit", you will need to manually upgrade your copy of Direct Mail to the latest version.
Here is how to manually upgrade Direct Mail. It should only take about 60 seconds:
- In the Finder, go the Applications folder. You can choose Go > Applications from the menu bar at the top of your screen to get there. If your copy of Direct Mail is installed elsewhere, go to the folder that contains Direct Mail. One easy way to do this is is to hold down the control key on your keyboard and click the Direct Mail icon in your Dock. Choose Options > Show in Finder in the menu that appears.
- Drag Direct Mail to the Trash. Don't worry your data and mailing lists will not be deleted (they are saved elsewhere).
- Click here to download a fresh copy of the latest version of Direct Mail.
- Once the download is complete, move Direct Mail to the Applications folder.
That's it! Here is a video walkthrough of the steps above:
